Privacy Policy

Who we are
Island Park Snow Removal Co. is a trading name of McCloud Services LLC, 3402 N Hwy 20, Island Park, ID 83429. You can reach us at (208) 223-2382.
What we collect
Only what you give us, and only what the service needs:
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number.
- Property details — the address or subdivision to be serviced, access notes, gate codes if you provide them.
- Drift Risk Check answers — the terrain, access, occupancy and portfolio-size options you select, and the resulting score. These are only linked to you if you choose to submit your email address.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic server logs — standard request data retained by our host.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
Why we collect it
To quote your property, schedule and perform snow removal, send you service confirmations and photos, take payment, and answer you when you get in touch. That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify — hosts the site and stores form submissions.
- Stripe — processes subscription payments.
- Jobber — our scheduling and customer records system.
- Email and SMS providers — to send confirmations and service notifications.
Each holds your data only to provide that service to us.
Photographs
We take timestamped photographs of cleared driveways and access as proof of service. These show your property. We use them to confirm work to you and to your property manager, and to resolve any question about whether a visit happened. We do not publish photographs of a customer's property for marketing without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customers: up to two years. Customer records, service logs and photographs: seven years, so we can answer questions about past seasons and meet tax and insurance obligations.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email or call and we will action it. Deleting an active customer's records may mean we can no longer service the property. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time; service notifications about your own property will continue while you are a customer.
Children
This is a service for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
